Servicing a Noritz Tankless hot water heater. Copper water line inside of the unit shows mineral build up that can occur over time which causes the unit to fail. Performing a flush of the unit will clean the unit of the mineral build up. Before and after photos of flame rod and ignitor which build up carbon over time causing ignition and combustion issues. Burner cleanings will keep these components running smoothly. Gas manifold is opened and cleaned during our burner cleanings.

We had to re pipe a 4" waste line due to the lack of pitch. The sleeves were a 1/2" difference in height for a 31' run. We installed a sewer ejector pit and ran proper pitch to the pit, we also installed a discharge to the sewer line.
