Keith came out to our house to diagnose a problem, and dealt with it on a high professional level. Keith was very attentive, knowledgeable and supportive. He was able to detect a problem and solve it in a way to protect our belongings, and get the job done
We discover a plumbing problem late a night and called Empire State for a consultation. After, we decide that it can wait until the morning, when ESP representative promised to call us back. And he was one of the first returned called in the morning. He was very polite, attentive and answer all our questions and concerns.
