Our Overall Service
The Empire State Plumbing team did a great job nailing down the source of the problem with a water tank that was only 3 years old. They tried several fixes short of replacing the tank in an effort to save the cost of a major component replacement. In the end, the tank had to be replaced. Dan worked with Weil-McLain to obtain the replacement tank under our existing warranty. Saved us a good deal of money and he put in the time and effort to coordinate all the paperwork.

Logan was very helpful and great to work with. Scheduling was easy and the crews showed up on time (and sometimes a few minutes early).
Our Installation Crew
Dan and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient. When they came to work, they were prepared and had the right equipment for the job. They got right to work and got the job done quickly and effectively. Couldn't ask for a better team!
The Cleanup Process
Cleanup was fast and comprehensive. Little to nothing left for me to take care of.
