What made you choose our company:

Getting an appointment at 7:30 on a Saturday morning for that same day was big surprise. The person I spoke to was accommodating and helpful and sure enough Justin arrived that afternoon and went right to work .My house is over 200 years old and has a mud floor in the basement. It could be a bit daunting just working in there for a while but Justin said he didn’t mind. He tried everything to get the old heater to work and then we decided it best to install a new one since this heater was on its last leg of its life cycle. Justin had to leave and get the water heater and return to install it, which was a problem of its own. Long story short, I thought he should go home to his family and return on Sunday but he wouldn’t hear of it . He was going to stay till I had hot water. I guess he finished around nine o’clock. I also noticed he had no qualms about consulting a colleague, who was readily available, which I thought was brilliant of this company to provide. If you ever have a plumbing or HVAC problem I would say to only call Empire State Plumbing and ask for Justin. You will be in good and intelligent hands.
