Kara contacted Empire State Plumbing regarding a backup in her kitchen sink drain line. Upon further inspection, our technician discovered a belly and back pitch in the basement.  In order to rectify the issue, our technician explained to her that he needed to re-pipe the drain in the basement to facilitate improved flow.
