We called Empire State Plumbing last month because our hot water heater stopped working. They were there the same day and replaced the tank. The technician, Steve, did a great job replacing the tank and explaining everything. He was on time, courteous and very professional! The prices are very fair and they tried to actually save us money….which is unheard of! We had to use them again today with a leak in the bathroom faucet. Again, very reasonable cost, efficient use of time here and great cost-effective recommendations for future. Steve even called the manufacturer to order parts that had a lifetime warranty. We would have never known to do that!! Thank you Steve!!
