Krista called Empire State Plumbing because she wanted us to replace both outside hose spigots with new frost-free spigots. After attempting to shut off the indoor water valve to make the replacement we discovered that it was faulty and needed to be replaced. In order to replace the indoor main water shut of valve, we would have to turn the water off at the outdoor shut off valve. The outdoor water shut off valve was also damaged and couldn't be turned off without first repairing it. Luckly this was not an emergency plumbing situation or Krista would have been in a bad situation with no way to turn off the water. After approving our up front pricing, we proceeded with the repair and hand dug down roughly 4 ft exposing the broken extension handle and replaced it with a new one. We were then able to shut off the water and proceed with the other repairs. It was a lot more than Krista expected but she is very happy to have it resolved.

Leeann contacted Empire State Plumbing due to a leak in their newly installed up flush toilet system. After further troubleshooting, our technician discovered the leak was caused by improper installation of the discharge line. She approved our up front pricing on the spot and allowing our technician to remove the faulty piping and replace it with new piping. Additionally, a new service valve was installed to facilitate future maintenance.
