Our story

How Empire State Plumbing started

Empire State Plumbing has been a family-run shop since 2006, working out of our Nassau, NY headquarters. Owner Tom Darling built the company on a simple idea: do honest, code-correct work, charge a fair flat price, and treat every home like it was our own.

Today we handle plumbing, heating, cooling and drain & sewer work for homeowners across the Capital Region's six counties — including the rural roads other shops skip. Every tech is licensed, insured and background-checked, and every quote is in writing before any work begins.
