Todd gave us a call and told us that the drain in the basement ceiling was leaking at the daycare he worked for. After inspection, it was determined that they had old cast iron pipes, leaking sewage. A section of piping was rotted out so discussed what the best solution would be, which was to replace the whole section with PVC. With Todds approval we replaced the piping for two floor drains, and a kitchen sink drain. Now the daycare is fully functional, and there are no more leaks coming through the ceiling.

After further diagnostics, our technician discovered that the chain connected to the old 3-inch flapper was broken, rendering the toilet unusable.
