Water Heaters Before & After Photos

Beth contacted Empire State Plumbing regarding a water heater that had burst and was leaking from the bottom. Anticipating the need for a replacement, our technician brought a new unit with him. Since Beth had limited time due to work, he quickly coordinated with another technician, and they were able to replace the water heater before she had to leave. He provided Beth with upfront pricing, which she approved before we started the job. Now, Beth can relax knowing that she’ll come home to a house with hot water.

Chris called Empire State Plumbing because he didn't have any hot water. After our technician arrived, he discovered that it needed to be replaced due to the age and condition. He approved our upfront pricing on the spot and allowed us to replace the water heater with a new 50-gallon electric Bradford White water heater the same day. Now Chris and his family have hot water for the weekend.

Elba call about her 40-gallon electric water heater not working. When we arrived, we saw that her GE water heater was starting to leak from the bottom due to corrosion and was over 16 years old.  We explained to Elba that the only resolution was to install a new water heater or go with a new tankless on demand unit.  We provided her both estimates on the spot and she decided to go with the more cost-effective option of a new 40-gallon water heater.  We installed the new unit the same day and Elba now has hot water.
