After assessing the situation, the technician provided upfront pricing and received approval before proceeding with the work. The steam main was successfully repaired, and heating functionality was restored the same day, ensuring minimal disruption to the building’s heating system.
Ryan called Empire State Plumbing because his shower was leaking from the pipes. After a thorough inspection, our technician found that the shower faucet and drain kit was in need of replacement. After Ryan approved our pricing, we made the necessary repairs using the existing openings in the ceramic tile, and his issue was resolved.
Installed 3 Ton York AC with hydronic coil and line set. Added 2lbs 3 ounces of r410a refrigerant to bring factory Subcool within specs. Installed 6 floor return vents. 3 vents for the left side system and 3 for the right side.
