Craig called Empire State Plumbing because his water heater was leaking. Our technician arrived and noticed there was three water heaters that had difficult access due to a confined area and the leaking water heater was actually behind another old water heater. We discussed how it would be more cost effective to replace two out of the three water heaters due to the age and the fact that one of the old water heaters had to be removed anyway to get to the leaky water heater. He agreed that was the best option and had us replace both water heaters. Craig has hot water again in both of his apartments and was extremely satisfied.
Chris contacted Empire State Plumbing regarding a leak under his kitchen sink. Our technician arrived and found that most of the connections were improperly secured. We offered upfront pricing, which Chris approved before we proceeded. After discussing the options, we agreed to remove the old connections and replace them with new tubular PVC. Our technician hooked everything up and properly tied in the garbage disposal. Now, Chris doesn't have to worry about his items under the sink getting ruined.

Krista called Empire State Plumbing because she wanted us to replace both outside hose spigots with new frost-free spigots. After attempting to shut off the indoor water valve to make the replacement we discovered that it was faulty and needed to be replaced. In order to replace the indoor main water shut of valve, we would have to turn the water off at the outdoor shut off valve. The outdoor water shut off valve was also damaged and couldn't be turned off without first repairing it. Luckly this was not an emergency plumbing situation or Krista would have been in a bad situation with no way to turn off the water. After approving our up front pricing, we proceeded with the repair and hand dug down roughly 4 ft exposing the broken extension handle and replaced it with a new one. We were then able to shut off the water and proceed with the other repairs. It was a lot more than Krista expected but she is very happy to have it resolved.
