After further troubleshooting, our technician discovered the leak was caused by improper installation of the discharge line. She approved our up front pricing on the spot and allowing our technician to remove the faulty piping and replace it with new piping. Additionally, a new service valve was installed to facilitate future maintenance.
Replaced 50 gallon electric water heater
Pat called us about an old hose bib that was leaking. After inspection we found the hose bib was leaking in the wall behind the kitchen cabinets. This required some demo work to get to it and make the connection for a frost-free spigot. After approving the price, the work was completed the same day.
