Mario reached out to Empire State Plumbing with an urgent issue: his toilet’s macerating pump had stopped working, causing water to leak all over the floor. I promptly arrived to assess the situation and confirmed that the pump had failed. I then sourced a new toilet equipped with a macerating pump and completed the installation. Now, Mario no longer needs to worry about flooding in his guest bathroom. Becky contacted Empire State Plumbing regarding a leaking toilet and inquired about installing a new one. Our technician arrived with a new toilet and performed a thorough inspection. It was determined that replacing the toilet was the best solution. After going over our upfront pricing and receiving Becky's approval, the old toilet was removed, the flange was inspected, and a new Kohler Highline ADA-compliant toilet with a new wax seal was installed. Becky was very pleased with her new toilet and the professional service provided.

Customer called because they had repeated clogs in their sewer line. It was an old 4-inch cast iron waste line with multiple tees and was roughly 3ft below a concrete slab. We used a state-of-the-art pipe location tool to locate the exact spot.  We cut the concrete up, dug down to the area, and located the pipe.  We then cut out the defective piping and replaced it with new PVC fittings and pipe.  

The customer called us to fix a leaking drain line.  The technician did a free plumbing inspection and noticed the toilet was older and not flushing very strong. The customer Earl wanted to replace the toilet, and the shut off valve/supply line for the toilet.  We ordered a special nonstock toilet for him per his request and replaced it as soon as it came in.
