Elba call about her 40-gallon electric water heater not working. When we arrived, we saw that her GE water heater was starting to leak from the bottom due to corrosion and was over 16 years old.  We explained to Elba that the only resolution was to install a new water heater or go with a new tankless on demand unit.  We provided her both estimates on the spot and she decided to go with the more cost-effective option of a new 40-gallon water heater.  We installed the new unit the same day and Elba now has hot water.

John called Empire State Plumbing because his water heater was not producing hot water.  Once our technician arrived, he recommended replacing the unit due to the age and condition of the unit.  John approved our up front pricing on the spot and wanted it replaced the same day.  Right away our technician replaced it with a new 30-gallon Bradford White water heater.  Now John and his family no longer has to worry about not having hot water!
