Sarah contacted Empire State Plumbing due to a lack of heat. Our technician diagnosed the issue as a clogged heat exchanger in the customer's 25-year-old furnace, preventing proper exhaust venting. Jen contacted Empire State Plumbing because she was having issues with her heating system.  Upon inspection, our technician discovered that the thermostat wire originating from the relay box had become disconnected from the control box.  Jen approved our up front pricing, and we immediately made the repair.  Our technician promptly reconnected the wire to the control board and tested to confirm the restoration of the heating system.  Jen's heating was successfully restored on the same day.
