Empire State Plumbing Before & After Photos

Paul woke up and had no water pressure in his house. He called Empire State Plumbing, and we scheduled a technician to go out right away. Our technician noticed that his well pressure tank had failed, and upon approval we replaced it with a new one, complete with a new tank tee setup and shut off valves. 

Diana called Empire State Plumbing because she noticed the water pressure was fluctuating from high to low pressure.  After thorough diagnostics, we discovered that the bladder in the well pressure tank had failed, and the tank was full of water.  The pressure tank is designed to regulate the water pressure via the air chamber above the bladder.  Diana approved the pricing immediately, which allowed us to replace the well tank the same day.  

Amy called Empire State Plumbing because her newly remolded bathroom shower drain wasn't draining properly. After inspection, our technician noticed what appeared to be mortar mix in the trap.  This generally happens when the contractor washes out his tools in the shower drain.  Amy approved our estimate, allowing us to snake the line and remove the harden mortar immediately.  

Amber called Empire State Plumbing because her outside spigot was leaking. Once our technician arrived, she expressed her concerns about it freezing due to New Yorks winter temperatures. After being presented with the upfront pricing she agreed, and we replaced her spigot with a new frost-free spigot that does not have to be turned off from inside the house for the winter.  Now Amber is all set for the cold winter!

Tim called Empire State Plumbing because he had no hot water. Once our technician arrived, he discovered that the water heater was old, and leaking from the bottom. He reviewed our up front pricing with Tim, and he wanted the work done immediately.  Our technician brought a new electric water heater with him just in case and was able to replace the old unit the same day.  Tim and his family can now rest easy knowing they have hot water.
